You can send me whatever you feel like, either just some plain old text in an email, or something formatted like an MS Word document. Basically I can put up anything you can do in Word, like different fonts, bold, underline, center, pictures or a table. If you want a whole new page to put it on, or a something people can download like a file, I can do this no probs. Also, if you want to do a little web design yourself you can send me something with HTML code in it, or build your own article with something like frontpage, though to be honest there's very little point considering MS Word is easier to use.

Please note though, due to the width of the website I'll need to resize any picutres to be less than 650 pixels wide, I can do this for you.

Once it arrives with me, I should be able to put it up by the end of the day. If it's urgent gimme a text to let me know.
