As i'm sure you've all heard the sailing club boasts the best social life in the university.
To this end we meet every wednesday night at around 8 for a casual pint or three at the best pub in the west end, CURLERS (on byres road).
Offers this year include: free cheese burger and chips (don't worry non-carnivores there are veggie burgers too!), pitchers of beer for a fiver, and reefs for £1.25 (perfect for the mass strawpeedo!).


Riiight..haven't finalised any dates for these yet BUT social plans for the coming future are:

Centurion & Centurion- a slight adaption of the cocktails n centurion, but Lucy has opted for a girly 100 shots as well! Girls- Lucy's flat dressed as frogs, Boys: my flat dressed as princesses....Meet: GUU....Mess: yes!

Flat crawl: same concept of a pub crawl, just flats! each flat on the route will have brewed a different alcoholic concoction.. we neck it then move on!

SUSA Champs(end of this term): 2 socials and a ball BUT with another 150 pissed sailors-
Night 1= loft free food, then onto viper..theme TBC
Night 2= curlers free food, then pub crawl into town, hopefully end up at couture... theme is cops and robbers & cops have to catch the robbers!
The ball(price TBC): gonna be in the guu, ceilidh, meal, wine, dancing...going to be epic!

oh and at some point we'll try and squeeze in another subby.. we'll see!
